COMMITMENT TO REDUCE

Every time I hear people in extra pounds how they would want to slim down without doing extra effort it makes me wonder, why Oh why?. Even my friend who cannot do the usual activity because of her body index status seems to blind herself the fact that in needs hard work and commitment to lose weight. That exercise , healthy foods and healthy lifestyle are some the ingredients. Cut on carbohydrates and focus on drinking smoothies. That would help loosing weight without exercise.
