Though the bad situations in our lives can be uncomfortable, embarrassing and painful, we often live with them or worse hide them behind the myths widely accepted vies and platitudes, We don't even realizes we are in denial. Here are some examples of in denial attitude;
  • It's just what guys do- Giving justification on your act by defending your deeds and and agreeing that its just the way it is, its the trend.
  • It's none of my business - You don' t care at all when in fact you should be mending that business.You let the world know that your not affected and you don't care. (Don't you really care? Aren't you really affected?)
  • There's nothing I can do about it - You accept that life's like that and you can't do anything about it.
  • That doesn't happen to people like us - These are the people who loves to compare their-selves with other and think that they are better and blameless.
  • I need these to relax - These are the people who resort to other medium to forget.
A person in denial must know when to hold them and when to fold them. A big part of getting out of denial is to get good at recognizing bad situation and then deciding to so something about them.Denial is based on the notion that something even worse will happen once we stop denying and take action. In short, we're so afraid to face the facts squarely.

mm, maybe for them the best solution is to deny than to humiliate themselves.

Living in denial is not healthy for our mind and soul but still some people consider it as a best way to safe themselves from other people's judgement
