I was not feeling well this morning, I don't know really but I was somehow suspecting that it has something to do with the habit I've been practicing lately. Sleeping late and wake up early. Skipping meals for two and eating less, but I was alarmed two days ago when I woke up in the morning my head was spinning. Until this morning I was still feeling the after effect of my unhealthy habit, but I am now determined to be in the right track, eat healthy and exercise as I know this could give me a migraine relief. After this I will let myself relax and sleep early to have a good start tomorrow.
