I have been told by some of my close friend that I am gaining weight lately. I keep on ignoring  their comments , until one day I saw myself in front of the mirror and true indeed  that I am gaining pounds. I recall those times that I ate and have lazy bones during my free time. I only eat a little but I am becoming a junk food lovers lately.  Before I don't drink soft drinks now I noticed I'm beginning to like the taste of it. And with the kind of my eating habit now, I am suspecting they are one of the main reason why I am gaining.

I started to search on the net those tips and basic exercises that I could do without spending too much,  I was able to read about weight loss diet tips and strategies. After learning from the experts advice and experience, I know its time for me to execute those lessons to loss the excess fat that I am starting to build up. I believe its never to late for me to have a healthy body while losing pounds.

Yes, sensible eating and lots of exercise can do wonders for your body. But one has to be consistent to have good results. No use doing a yoyo dieting and exercise. You will just end up frustrated. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.
