INSOMNIA? NOT REALLY

I think I over sleep tonight, I came home from work early, The ladies here in apartment even ask me why I am early tonight compare to my usual time of arriving home. I really intend to go home early today, though its a Friday night for us and my group in the office, I didn't join their badminton session tonight. I feel exhausted and I knew I needed rest so I go home as early as I could. When I arrive here, just change my dress and jump up to bed. It was 6:30pm that I decided to take a nap. And when I woke up it was already past 11, in the evening. Until now, I can't sleep and its already 3:32 am . By the way I am starving  but I feel lazy going down to get some food to munch while blog hopping. What on Earth is happening to me today. My body is heavy and I just feel like spending time with myself for sleep.

You are just plain bored and weary. You have to recharge your batteries- both physical and spiritual. You can plan a provincial sortie to commune with mother nature and sort things out for yourself. It is best to have a regular quiet time with the Lord where you can talk to Him and unburden everything to Him. You can also accompany this with the reading of the word of God and meditating on the messages of God as revealed to you by the Holy Spirit. This way you are not only refreshed spiritually but you can also become a channel of God's blessings to others. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.

u can't sleep because you have outdone your sleepiness. im sure u have been bloghopping again, good for you because u have high pr's now for ur blogs

Once you have overslept and changed your bodies sleep clock ...it is said to take a good 24 hours of regular schedule to feel normal again.
Myself...I cannot sleep in...if I do...yikes...I feel like my entire day has passed.

I do not know how people that sleep past 8 am can be very productive at all...there just is not enough time ~

Nest time you nap...alert a friend so they can call you in an hour to wake you up :)

It's not insomnia, Yen...
If I take a nap too long (more than 1 hour); it's hard for me to sleep at night, too

it is common thing but dont make it a habit. just take a bath, get a glass of warm milk and get on bed again. if its not working get on tv and watch WORLD CUP. viva la argentino!
